Our cleaning service touches almost every electronic equipment in your office. We have listed below every piece of equipment we will clean and why it needs to be cleaned.
Monitor
The monitor screen will be cleaned with special Anti Static cleanser made specially for monitors. We will also vacuum the air vents and air blow them of dust. Last we will wipe the entire monitor housing down with disinfected cleaner.
Why: Finger prints on the screen and other debris can make it hard to see it. Dust and dirt can clog the air vents causing heat to build up and effect the normal operation of the monitor. Disinfecting of the monitor prevents bacteria and germs from growing.
Computer
The most important of equipment will be thoroughly cleaned of dust and dirt. We will take the case off, vacuum and air blow the inside of the computer. Also we will wipe down the entire case with special computer case cleaner. All circuitry will be thoroughly dusted and air blown.
Why: Dust and corrosion are the two main enemies to any computer. Dust acts like an insulator, trapping the heat inside your computer. Heat will cause the computer to run slowly, hang up, and have glitches. Dirt will start to eat away at the very circuitry of your motherboard, causing irreversible damage. Cleaning of the outside case with special case cleaner will prevent dust build up and restore the natural "new look" to it.
Keyboard
The keyboard will be vacuumed and air blown. We will then thoroughly clean the keyboard with disinfecting cleaner.
Why: Germs and bacteria grow on your keyboard. By cleaning and Disinfecting the keyboard, it will prevent bacteria from growing and prevent humans from catching any kind of germs that can make you sick. Vacuuming and air blowing will keep your keys from sticking and removes bacteria food.
Mouse
The mouse will be cleaned with disinfecting cleaner. We will also remove dirt build up on the rollers of your mouse. With optical mice, the optical sensor will be cleaned.
Why: The mouse surface, just like the keyboard, harbors bacteria and germs. The inside rollers of your mouse can become caked with dirt, preventing the mouse from "moving" right.
Phone
The phone will be thoroughly wiped down with disinfecting cleaner. The keys will be air blown as well.
Why: The phone is ranked number 1 as the dirtiest office equipment. It carries the most gems and bacteria. By air blowing the keys of the phone, it will prevent keys from sticking.
CD-ROM
We will clean the CD-ROM with a special cd cleaning kit.
Why: Dirty cd-roms can cause read errors, not allowing software to load properly and burning errors to occur.
Scanner
The scanner will be air blown. Then we will clean the surface with disinfecting cleaner. Last we will clean the inside glass with special glass cleaner.
Why: Dust, finger prints and hair on the glass can cause image distortion and undesirable results. By cleaning the surface with disinfecting cleaner, it will prevent germ and bacteria growth.
Printer
The printer will be vacuumed and air blown of all dust and paper dust. The rollers inside the printer will be cleaned with special rubber cleaner. The outside casing of the printer will be cleaned with disinfecting cleaner.
Why: Dust and paper dust build up can cause paper feeding problems (paper jam). This is one of the most common printer problems. By cleaning the outside case, it will prevent bacteria and germ growth. The rubber wheels is what feeds the paper, they become caked with paper dust. Cleaning of the rollers will prevent further feeding errors.
Desk Top
The computer desk and all surfaces will be dusted and cleaned with disinfecting cleaner. debris will be thrown away and stains removed.
Why: The desk top harbors many germs and bacteria and needs to be cleaned with disinfecting cleaner. Dust build up can cause problems with respiratory and allergies. We clean the desk top to give a more clean look.
Floor
The floor around the workstation will be vacuumed and litter picked up. Wires will also be vacuumed of dust.
Why: After cleaning the rest of the work area, some dust will fall on the floor. With dust, dirt and crumbs, the floor is a likely candidate for cleaning. It will also prevent dust and dirt from accumulating in the computer faster.
Misc Electronic Equipment
As we go through the office we will clean any other electronic equipment there may be. Fax machines, Copiers and other electronic equipment all need to be cleaned of Dust and Bacteria. Dust and dirt is the main enemy for all electronics and therefore should be cleaned.
